Gerard

Gerard hails from Strabane in the North of Ireland (he urges you to bypass it if you can… in fact they just built a bypass bridge to make it that much easier for you). He came to us via Paul Rankin’s Roscoff, the first Michelin Star Restaurant in Ulster. He loves sampling Gin (not at work of course) and challenging our patrons to our Wii Bowling.

General Manager

Scott blew into L.A. from The Windy City almost 12 years ago. For many years an avid participant in the annual shenanigans at Chicago’s famed IrishFest in Gaelic Park, he has brought that same enthusiasm to us in the guise of our General Manager. Fostering a great Love of Links (no, not sausages – golf), when not steering the ship at Finn McCool’s, he will accept any challenge for a few rounds at the Penmar Golf Course down the road. He harbours not-so-secret dreams of being whisked across the pond to compete with the professionals at Ireland's famed Ballybunion Golf Course in County Kerry – meanwhile he is happily biding his time here with us!
